Meeting Rooms

Meeting rooms are available for non-profit groups during regular business hours. Reservations for the rooms may be scheduled through the circulation desk or by telephone.

The library does not charge for this privilege, however, group sponsors will be held liable for any damage to the premises.

A small kitchen is available for group use, but all food, plates, cups and utensils must be provided by the group’s sponsors and all clean up must be the group’s responsibility.

Specialized equipment brought in for meetings are also the responsibility of group sponsors.

The library is a public facility; therefore, groups are requested to keep loud music-noise from film presentations, etc. at a minimum.
